Security a matter of concern for all Kenyans

Kenya for long time has been facing a lot of attacks since 2005 and it is now becoming a national disaster where  many Kenyans has lost their lives

All over the country people are crying for the lost of their loved ones and their closest friends who were brutally butchered through  attacks that  has left us as Kenyans terrified without knowing what will happen next, for last two months we has lost more than 70 Kenyans many injured and others still hospitalized
The recent attacks in Northern Kenya has left me in dismay horrified and lost hope with our security apparatus and personnel i know this is not the time to argue and blame each other but all in all  how many people has to die?
I welcome the move by the president to appoint Joseph Nkaissery in security docket since the man he has what it takes to bring back the confidence that Kenyans has lost in that ministry

I hope Nkaissery have in mind and has strategies on how to curb the Alshabaab militia who has totally brought fear and have continued attacking and butchering innocent Kenyans on their believe of revenging the government  on the recent invasion of mosques

President Kenyatta must act as he is incapacitated in the new constitution by ensuring the country is safe for it citizens and make sure our polar regions are well safeguarded

We can not wait to see more Kenyans butchered as we have seen in Mandera and as the president said security start with you and me eventhough the police are there let give them impending fear of suspected criminals and the police service should change their traditions of assuming and waiting the mess
Kenya is you and me let safeguard our country Kenya

#My dress my choice Stripping women is primitive where are women reps?

The recent  actions by men to strip  women on matter of there dress code should be condemned in one heart it caught me moving by videos that emanated from such scenes it unacceptable and heinous

It all started from Embakasi and now it is trending in high rate but where did we as society went wrong? previously such acts were never there and we never heard such

For now girl child is on danger end each day incidences of molesting girls is increasing and the question of who should protect women and girls is a matter of concern

Women representatives you were elected to fight for women rights but where are you? men never had such post now it' time to show your worth by legislating laws to guard and safeguard girls and women rights

Women should make sure they wear decent and all pertains on how they wear should be personal responsibilities, and men should not do as to what we has been seeing on social sites what does it cost as a man to avoid it?

I concur with" LSK Chairman who said  " professional body is petitioning the office of the Director of Public Prosecution Keriako Tobiko for special permission to prosecute the criminals. “LSK wants to be granted special leave by the DPP to prosecute any person arrested in connection with stripping, defiling or insulting women in public,”
T his comes after hundreds of protesters took to Nairobi streets recently to condemn the humiliating public stripping of three women.
The mobilization for the protest started through social media under the hashtag #MyDressMyChoice and which now clear that such acts are continuing who will stop this?

Kenya buried in competive games

Kenya will continue watching other countries in all competitive  games all over the world after been eliminated by Lesotho  in Africa cup of nation

It's a game that brought a lot of criticism as to who to be blamed on the outcome of the performance of harrambee stars after been eliminated Kenya Federation sacked the coach and overhaul the players where after few days Bobby Williamson was appointed as Amrouche predecessor

Kenya in both tie played position football but they were unable to score any goal, which later brought a lot of question of clinical aspect of our strikers and the team as whole

President Kenyatta voluntarily paid tribute to those players by allowing them to watch world cup live in Brazil, this was great idea but that not solution of our national team performance
Up to now government is yet to release its statement concerning to the same issue where if government interferes with football affairs Kenya will be banned for several years

Former players have of recent challenged the Kenya federation for failing to bring positivity and unearthing challanges that affects our national team

Kenya is only country which expects positivity on unexpectable  dreams, set standards when it fails the tradition is "accept and move on"

Unless all stakeholders come together and identify the gap and offer the solution it will only be a stupid  dream that will never come true to play on high competitive game

It's time to agree not to argue

The coalition of reforms and democracy (CORD) should negotiate with government without giving ultimatums instead of creating unnecessary tension in political sphere in the country

Cord leader Raila Odinga  should shun all political rallies and accept the need to have dialogue with the government side

Jubilee government should accept the fact that Kenyans are suffering from high standard of living, insecurity and give the cord coalition time to discuss the problems on constitutionally mandated arms of the government without sidelining them on tyranny of numbers

The challenge that CORD coalition is facing is tyranny of numbers  in parliament and the members of parliament should put  their differences aside and resolve the problems that Kenyans are facing   at large without looking on their political affiliations

What went wrong with ODM shambolic elections?

This is an issue that even  to date has never been answered after the out going secretary general Anyany' Nyongo called of indefinetly ODM party election following chaos that erupted in Kasarani Gymnasium.

The men with 'black' stormed and smashed ballot boxes and tore papers. This people according to party leader Raila Ondinga retaliated that he never knew them and he condemned the regretted scenes while likes of Namwamba and Zani blamed the other.

Raila assured that the issue will be investigated to determine the cause but it seems he just gave empty promises to the members of the party as up to now nothing have been released since then. He always says he believe in democracy but what went wrong with the party elections, after the elections in march he came with a slogan 'democracy is on trial', now what now went wrong on his own party?

Some of the members claimed the election didn't go in free and fair way and that is why the election led to the violence.

Wage bill is not the issue transparency is the key

President kenyatta decision to command civil servants to take the pay cut to reduce Kenya baloonns public sector wage bill is great idea but accountability and transparency is the key.

It didn't argue well when the president realized this statement after some few days as it was alleged the trip that they went they used more than one hundred million. I tried to argue his words of saving Kenyan money for more development in the country, to me it sounded very ironical we save and the same time himself and his cabinet used millions in only four days.

The president must understand to take pay cut is not the solution,he must look all holes where public money sinks within the government, starting with un necessary trips by governments officials, huge allowances, instilling discipline in public sector by fighting corruption and ensuring government gives tender in a fair and transparency manner.

Governor Wambora was just a sacrificial lamb

Embu governor made history as first  in Kenya history to be impeached from power in new constitution dispensation; This was a hard pill to swallow for the Governor himself

Wambora valentine turned to be painful and stressful moments which he will never forget in his life; most of us glued to of television watching the senate to know his fate, as long as he was impeached he was just sacrificed due to the recent supremacy battles between governors and senators.

I keenly followed the proceedings looking on senators as they contributed their opinions regarding on three mistakes that Wambora was caught with by senate committee but according to my observations many senators had their own battles with governors regarding who is superior as their opinions vindicated.

It pains a leader who was elected by thousands of voters losing his sit just that way,it clearly now known if you don't impress  the MCAS and Senators you might be the next victim i don't tend to support governors but if we all fight governors we are just killing devolution.

All in all governors must be accountable in their respective counties by involving relevant stakeholders because this is only way we can develop our counties but if the supremacy battle continues we will just be ragging behind and devolution will just be a dream.
